Professional Events and Consulting has been selected to assist the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce in planning and managing the Big Pig Gig, a nationally sanctioned BBQ food competition. The event will take place on September 17th and 18th, 2010.
The State of Wisconsin and Governor Doyle have also designated this BBQ as the Wisconsin Station Championship competition.
In conjunction with the contest itself, this is a family oriented weekend. Activities and events throughout the weekend will include: magic shows, celebrity rib eating contests, strolling magicians, music and much more.
